Q: My Credit Card was declined, how come and what do I do?
A: This is an problem with your issuing bank. They are declining the order because we don't ask for an address when you sign up. In order to process your order, you can either use the PayPal checkout option, or contact your bank and ask them to allow the charge.

Q: How do I save something for later?
A: After clicking into the title, you'll see a small stopwatch icon in the right of the player. Clicking that will add it to your 'watch later' list. This can be retrieved via your Dashboard in your account.

Q: How do I mark a favorite program?
A: After clicking into the title, you'll see a small star icon in the right of the player to favourite the entire program, or if it’s a specific chapter you love, you can click the same icon on that chapter marker. 

Q: How do I get back to the main page?
A: Click the Magic Stream logo in the upper left corner of the screen, or click the Back Button on your browser, or use the "Browse" menu to navigate to a specific section.

Q: Can I view this content offline?
A: Unfortunately not. Currently, Magic Stream needs to be streamed via a suitable internet connection. 

Q: How do I view on my mobile or tablet?
A: Simply use the web browser on your device to go to magicstream.com, you'll be able to log in and the video player auto-scales to your screen size, so your viewing is always optimized.

Q: Do you have a Magic Stream App?
A: We don't currently, but it is something we're looking to roll out in future. This is usually a process that takes a few months.

Q: When do I get billed?
A: Your subscription auto-renews and your billing date can be found in your dashboard. Simply click your name in the top left of the screen and click 'Dashboard' in the dropdown menu. Then follow the link to 'subscriptions'.

Q: Can I view this platform on more than one device in my home?
A: Yes you can, but not at the same time. Ensure you're the only user who has access to your account information for security purposes.

Q: When will I know what new content is coming?
A: All users will be automatically emailed when new content is added. Which will be weekly for the first month or so after launch. We've got a lot of great things to give you.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Nothing. You can watch as much content as you can handle. Anytime, anywhere.

Q: How do I cancel?

A: Cancel anytime by visiting your account Dashboard, the link is at the top of the screen.
